단순히 전통과 현대의 관계를 이야기하는 개인의 창작물에 그치지 않고, ‘숨’, ‘입 속 입’과 같은 일부 작품에서는 전시 기간 동안 관객의 반응에 따라 변화하는 작품으로 소통과 참여라는 관계의 중요한 속성을 전달한다.

가야금의 ‘줄’과 ‘안족(가야금 줄의 받침목)’, 인간의 개별적인 ‘몸’과 ‘손’이 서로에게 연결되어 있는 조형 요소를 통하여 개개인과 공동체의 관계를 시각화한다. 또한 음악과 퍼포먼스로 개별적인 독립성과 공동체에서 발생하는 상호의존성, 복잡성 등의 서사를 풀어나간다.

She visualizes the relationship between individual sand communities through a formative art of an individual’s ‘Body’ and ‘Hands’ connected to each other with gayageum’s ‘Strings’ and ‘Anjok (the pedestal of gayageum).’ Also, she unravels the stories of individual independence, and the community’s interdependence and complexity through music and performance.
